The Twin Room felt spacious, with a solid layout that comfortably accommodated my family. The location had ample car parking space, which is a rare perk these days.
Breakfast was a struggle. items consistently ran out, and I witnessed coach parties taking precedence, leaving other guests scrounging for a table. The decor in common areas is showing wear and tear, needing more than just a little TLC. The dining experience lacked flow, with long waits for both service and food, which made our meal feel more like an endurance test than a pleasant experience.

comfortably pleasant but minor issues
The beds provided an outstanding level of comfort that made for great sleep. The exceptional staff went above and beyond to assist us during our meals.
Some amenities felt slightly outdated and could use an upgrade.

The hotel provided a great base for our family of seven, with spacious rooms and a cozy atmosphere. We loved visiting the local zoo and enjoyed the beautiful light installations at night. Plus, the kids had fun at the nearby play areas!
In my wife’s opinion, the hotel should improve its family dining options, as the menu felt limited for little ones.

would definitely come back here
Spacious twin room with air conditioning, a hairdryer, and a private bathroom with a shower. Handy tea/coffee maker and wireless internet. The fitness centre had good equipment to keep up workouts. The staff were really helpful in making sure everything was sorted for us. Great spot close to local attractions and free parking is a big plus.

Great stay but dining needs work
We had a comfy 4-night stay in a twin room. The location is super handy for exploring nearby areas. Rooms were big and cleaned daily, which was nice. We hit the restaurant a few times, but the menu was kinda limited. Breakfast was pretty disappointing. they ran out of stuff fast. a solid visit.

Excellent stay with great amenities
I enjoyed my stay immensely. the large twin room was very comfortable, and I appreciated the added touches of chocolates and slippers. The location near the A38 made it easy to explore Plymouth, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our visit. the breakfast selection could be improved as some items were scarce during peak times.

Had a large clean quiet room with all the facilities you need. The breakfast was pretty good with a decent selection of hot food including pancakes.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still acceptable.
